Evaluation Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Development Bank of Jamaica invites applications from interested persons for the position of:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The position assists with the implementation of the Bank\u2019s M&E Framework and the utilization of the System to ensure accurate Development Impact reporting.<\/p>\n<h6>PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that data collection templates\/tools (e.g. application forms, on-line portal) are suitable to collect baseline information and data collected is consistent across all lines of business.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare evaluation tools such as questionnaires\/surveys, and undertake analysis of data derived from such tools.<\/li>\n<li>Establish relationships with implementation partners \u2013 external and internal \u2013 to encourage accurate and timely data collection and submission of reports<\/li>\n<li>Prepare development impact and outcome reports to fulfil DBJ\u2019s accountability requirements<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The required\u00a0<strong>minimum qualifications<\/strong>, experiences and attributes are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Certificate in Project Management.<\/li>\n<li>Training in survey and questionnaire design;
