Quality Assurance and Testing Services

This request is an invitation by the Cayman Islands Government (CIG) to prospective bidders to submit proposals for the provision of Quality Assurance and Testing Services. This procurement is subject to the Procurement Act (2021 Revision) and the Procurement Regulations (2022 Revision). The purpose of this procurement is to engage an independent provider of Quality Assurance and Testing Services to support a complex digital transformation project.

The successful bidder will be responsible for providing independent quality assurance, testing, and validation services throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure that the solution is delivered in accordance with the approved Functional Requirements, Non-Functional Requirements, To Be Design, and applicable security, quality, and performance standards. Proposals must demonstrate the capability to provide independent quality assurance and testing services for complex enterprise system implementations, including test planning, test execution, defect management, functional testing, performance testing, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, user acceptance testing support, and go live readiness assessments.
